The Brand Design Journey

Step 1: Kickoff Call + Questionnaire
After deciding to partner with us, we kick things off with a call to get to know your business on a deeper level. This is where you tell us your story—what makes your brand tick, your goals, and even those big dreams on the horizon.
To make sure we’re capturing your vision, we’ll also ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire. This gives us additional context and acts as a springboard for the project. Think of it as the foundation for the beautiful brand we’re about to build together.

Step 2: Industry Audit + Brand Discovery
Next, we roll up our sleeves and dive into research mode. We analyze your competitors, explore your industry landscape, and identify key opportunities to position your brand for success.
This research is compiled into what we call a Discovery Deck—a detailed, easy-to-digest presentation where we outline our findings and initial brand positioning ideas. The Discovery Deck becomes a collaborative tool, sparking conversations about your brand’s direction and how we can make it stand out.

Step 3: Design Phase—Exploring the Possibilities
Armed with research and a shared vision, we move into the exciting design phase. Here’s where the magic happens:
We create three distinct brand directions, each with its own unique look and feel. This isn’t just about pretty visuals—it’s about crafting an identity that aligns with your values, speaks to your audience, and leaves a lasting impression.
After presenting these concepts, we gather your feedback and collaboratively narrow in on one direction to refine further.

Step 4: Building Your Brand Identity
Once we’ve honed in on the winning direction, we bring it to life. Your cohesive brand identity will include:

  • A carefully curated color palette
  • Font pairings that match your tone
  • A versatile logo family
  • Brand voice and messaging guidelines
  • Social media templates
  • Illustration, patterns, and/or icon libraries
  • A comprehensive Brand Guidelines PDF to keep everything consistent
    By the end of this phase, your brand will be polished, professional, and ready to make an impact.

Step 5: Delivering the Goods
We package everything up into an organized, easy-to-access Brand Identity Folder. This includes all the assets you’ll need—logos, color codes, templates, and more—so your team has everything at their fingertips.
